I don't typically camp unless I have a reason to. The best way to beat the campers is to avoid their campsite or figure out a way to kill them in it.

well, if you camp to make an ambush with others it doesn't count either, cause that's called Guerilla Strategy.

camping is a legit, period. just like how any and all weapons are legit, any and all perks are legit,and any and all techniques are legit, any and all strategies are legit.
I used to do this is CoD4, which, quite frankly, had better maps. In MW2, I'm lucky if I can get within 5 m.s of an enemy....WanderFreak said:

Hacking, excluding god-mode, i view it as fun. it's challenging, like taking on a helicopter with a pistol. but god-mode sucks. so... YES, put it in the same category if you really need to.TerranReaper said:
I hate campers i hate camping, myself, even more. I only do it while regenerating health or in defend and assault maps. Defending and objective is one thing but doing it in deathmatch, team deathmatch, and even domination is stupid. Domination because if you sit on one spot the whole game your more than likely going to lose or get killed a lot.(I figured that was less self explanatory)
talent is overrated. i'd rather have 50 kills and 3 people rage quit because of me then prance around with 3 kills and 34 deaths. Also, if you HAVE talent, then you wouldn't be mad at campers, you'd see them like i do, free kills. take out a few snipers with a pistol and then ill hear what you have to say.azncutthroat said:

in any fps I've ever played a camper should never get you more than twice (usually only once to be truthful) without you rethinking your strategy. I just never see how a non-hack ruins the game.

Depends on what constitutes camping. Does sitting over the area where everyone figures they want to fight for a whole minute count? Otherwise, not really.
