Your poll is very flawed.

Im a male Top: 13.2% (27)

I'm a male Bottom: 16.1% (33)

How do you know which one is heterosexual or not? It makes a huge difference.
I don't believe it matters. The question is whether you're dominant or submissive in a relationship. Regardless of sexuality.
Of course it matters.

I'm sure that there are many more homosexual male bottoms than there are heterosexual male bottoms.
Really? This statement... Confuses me. It's not inherently offensive to say but honestly it's bred out of ignorance, homosexual men are in all likelyhood just as likely to be dominate and/or masculine as a heterosexual man is to be submissive and/or feminine. Its not an issue of finding differences of sexual preferences, though that may make an interesting topic later on down the line, but of finding a difference between GENDERS and whether the express themselves as sexually dominant or submissive.

Male top, mostly because a person trying top me would probably get them a death glare. However, I do enjoy the responsibility and feeling that I made a difference by taking charge. My wife is a switch though she can't bring herself to want to top a guy, which works well for me. Our girlfriend is a definite bottom with no desire to top.

I can't properly attest to why my girls are how they are but felt it would be inaccurate to just say I am top.

The person is also lacking the knowledge that men are simply people and that tops are actually outnumbered by bottoms. Sexuality isn't a factor to domination or submission or anything in between.

I wouldn't even associate masculine with dominant or feminine with submissive.

Since we're on a gaming website let me show you this:
If that isn't both dominant and feminine then I don't know what is, not to mention very sexy.

I'm sure there's equal examples of both masculine and submissive.

Thus why I tacked on the and/or's. But also a very good point.
