NO! NO! Oh god, NO!
First of all, it has Black Jack, the worst comedian in history of man. All he's movies suck.
I don't like he's music. And the game looks very stereotypical against metal lovers. For god sakes, it has big people, who yell ''Mosh pit!!'' and run around the main protagonist, the main weapon seems to be guitar and the characters (even from the trailer) seem unlikable.
I would consider if there were no Black Jack in the game.

I mostly want Uncharted 2 and Borderlands but Im still looking forward to the game. Multiplayer is going to be like Overlord's though. No-one will play it.

The Demo didn't impress me.

I mean the story and voice acting look awesome, but the gameplay was lacking, controls felt weird, and I'm not a metal fan

I no longer own an HD console, so no. But I'm not terribly interested in it anyway. I liked Psychonauts, but I think Schafer's going into genres of gaming that he doesn't know very well.

Don't have a 360 or a PS3. So although I want it with all my heart, I'll be spending my $60 on Assassin's creed 2 and the new LOTRO expansion.
As soon as my 360-owning friend gets it, though, I'm running over there and killing hair-metalers with Jack Black's awesomeness.

seconded, the demo seemed t be a complete turn off for me. For some reason it just didnt feel as fun as it should have. The only game i think im getting this month (other than my Operation Flashpoint that should have came in the mail yesterday but DIDN'T) is Borderlands.
