I'm not desperate to be seen as smart. I'm fairly certain that I am smart. and I'm fairly certain that shows in what I say and how I say it, but I don't write that way to stroke my own ego - I write that way because I enjoy writing that way. If something piques my interest to the point where I put down a whole wall of text of points and whatnot, I do that because I have a blast doing that.

I mean, obviously I don't want to be seen as stupid, but that's something different than trying to be seen as smarter than I am - something that I don't really see the need of in the first place.

Not really. As I know it'll seem as if my intelligence is higher than average without having to try.

I take spelling and grammar very seriously. Online, and offline. So I'm not actively trying to seem intelligent.

I honestly don't care what anyone thinks about me. Conversations are about being understood and nothing else. Alot of people fear what others think. Which is a shame because nothing worthwile ever got done because people were being nice to eachother.

I have co-workers and family members who almost always attempt to hide what they really think, and when they do that I have to work extra hard to get the truth out. If you think your boss has stupid ideas, then tell him/her. You aren't dooing anyone any favours by hiding the truth.

If you think reading my post is a waste of time, then voice your opinion. Let me hear you say it! "Hey moron... your post is way off topic, next time try and think a little and stick to the subject for fuck sake"
