No, I got that and I'm only semi-well known, you're famous if the people you notice add you as a friend before you add them. At least thats how it works with that.

I don't think I am famous but that might have to do with the fact that I have been on here a few months and am not double or triple gonzo for posting "same here" and the like and instead posted when I thought my particular views was not prominent in a thread.
