Nope. After they changed the skill system and removed the ability of me to min-max the fuck out of my character I didn't care about the game any more. That was the only reason I played the last two.

Yup, this game is getting priority given the potential time I can sink into it. I'm torn on getting the Steam pre-order or the Amazon.ca one. Amazon comes with a map that has D&D potential use to it...Steam will arrive much earlier for actually playing the game.

Hopefully when I'm done with it I'll be able to get games like Zelda, Arkham City, Resistance 3, Uncharted 3 for less than full price.

No dragon Age origins is still doing it for me. when that gets old I'll get DA2, which should hopefully be cheaper then and i can use the trade in on DAO.

I need to see how the game is recieved first.
Oh, not by critics. They and hundreds of others will love it. I mean by the consoles.

I'm not pre-ordering a game that could potentially (looking at the dev's track record) freeze my PS3...again.

Maybe, not right away. I?ve kind of gone off Bethesda?s big open world style of game. When I first got oblivion I was amazed at it size but while there were some awesome moments most of it was kinda blah. Plus it probably won?t run on PC anyway.

Yep, but not at launch if I can help it. I am waiting for inevitable GOTY edition, 'cause you just know it is getting one of those. Did the same thing with both Oblivion and Fallout 3.

Absolutely, but first I need to send my 360 to Microsoft to get it fixed.

As long as the new engine is more stable and I don't have to deal with bandits in glass armor I will.

Nope, not touching it.
Oblivion bored the shit out of me, as did Fallout 3, so I've no hope for Skyrim.
I always do joke, though, that since it comes out on my birthday, it'd be a WONDERFUL birthday gift (for me to take right back to Gamestop).

You have no idea how much I will get Skyrim.
This made me chuckle, and expresses my feelings perfectly.

I might be sued for assault when I leap over the counter to grab the game out of the employee's hands.

No, definitely not. After sinking a lot of time into Bethesda's open world games, I have my doubts toward the quality and direction of their work. Personal opinion, not trolling.

[HEADING=1]OF COURSE I AM IT'S SKYRIM! HAVEN'T YOU SEEN HARRY PARTRIDGE'S VIDEO ON THE TRAILER? IT'S GOING TO BE AMAZING[/HEADING]
as we all know the elder scrolls games peaked with the original (as in arena). I'm not wasting my precious time.

Yes.

However, after my experience with Oblivion and Fallout 3 I'm going to be critiquing the hell out of Skyrim.

No minor annoyance will go unnoticied, no inconsistency will fly over my head and I will analyze the RPG elements as much as I can.

Well not immediately since I will be playing on console, seeing as my computer would hold a revolution against my cruel expectations of it, and my xbox is not at college with me. But eventually, yes there will be much adventuring in Skyrim.

I will reserve Skyrim as soon as GreenManGaming starts putting out their discount coupons then puts the game on sale too. =D
