You should definitely give it a try, it isn't without faults, hell it has quite a few, but despite those the games are really fun. If cost is an issue then but you are still wanting to get into The Elder Scrolls. I would suggest starting with Oblivion. Although Morrowind is (in my opinion) far superior, I think Oblivion was much more accesible to newer players which I don't resent as it meant that many more people who would have otherwise never experienced it got to play the games without wanting to rip their skulls off. It won't be too expensive when Skyrim comes out and that way if you like it you can buy Morrowind or Skyrim. I got morrowind like 7 years ago in a bargain bin for $20 haha. So I can't imagine it will lighten your wallet too much now days.Redlin5 said:Hmmm, probably not. I'm poor and totally out of the Oblivion universe. I don't know if Skyrim would be a good first game to buy into.
Haha this is quite funny because I loved Oblivion but I had a similar issue with the chosen thingo that they love to play with. You'd be surprised how much there is to the game that has nothing to do with it though. I have played like a heap on Oblivion and haven't even come close to beating the main mission. Just love messing around with all the side quests.Vault101 said:ehhh i hated oblivion so Ill think about it
I dont how invested I can get into the "YOU ARE THE CHOSEN ONE" thing
