I'd say I'm pretty average in terms of muscle, but being six feet tall....average is different. Also I'm definitely into the running/parkour section.

I work out Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays for about an hour each morning. There have been significant results from when I started a year ago, but I'm no Hulk. Calling me muscular might be a bit of a stretch, "toned" would be better.
