My legs are strong from running after the tram almost everyday. My arms, on the other hand can barely lift up 35-45kg.
Parkour is supposed to be efficiency of movement. No flips for you, laddy buck! The more acrobatic style most people think of is called free running. Pure "urban gymnastics" would probably fall under tricking, which mainly involves flips, kicks and twirls. Ribbons optional.hungoverbear said:bodybuilder, i have no intentions of competing anytime soon (if ever) but i train and set my diet like a hard core bodybuilder and i just love the results. Also im a middle weight bodybuilder, not a heavyweight. And can you guys clear this up for me, is parkour urban gymnastics? or is it something else?
