My legs are strong from running after the tram almost everyday. My arms, on the other hand can barely lift up 35-45kg.

bodybuilder, i have no intentions of competing anytime soon (if ever) but i train and set my diet like a hard core bodybuilder and i just love the results. Also im a middle weight bodybuilder, not a heavyweight. And can you guys clear this up for me, is parkour urban gymnastics? or is it something else?

Parkour is supposed to be efficiency of movement. No flips for you, laddy buck! The more acrobatic style most people think of is called free running. Pure "urban gymnastics" would probably fall under tricking, which mainly involves flips, kicks and twirls. Ribbons optional.

Im Parkour fit. I go running every day for about 3 hours with my friend, because where we live its easy to do Parkour.
Matey, you should be able to do parkour anywhere! I kid. As long as you're not one of those "I can kong, therefore I'm a HARDCORR TRACEURRRR!!!!1" guys, I don't mind.

On topic, I don't look paticularly muscular, but thank to years of competitive swimming and parkour, I can hold my own with most of my weight-lifting, protein-downing buddies.

free running is urban gymnas
parkour is a quicker, more efficient version of free running

I'm doing pretty well in the muscle department. I'm not ridiculously ripped, but I'm defined, balanced, flexible, and strong. In the very near future, I expect to have an eight-pack.

And I'm quite the nerd with no love for sports. I suppose I'm somewhat of an anomaly.

I'm quite muscular, but that's jsut because I do a fair bit of exercise, I wouldn't go the the gym or bodybuild. Exercising just for fitness seems a bit dull.

I only exercise ehh maybe 3 hours or so a week. I know it's really bad and I should be fat and unhealthy but luckily I'm not because I eat pretty healthy suprisingly. But if you compared my muscle size to that of someone of the same age and size I would be much stronger and larger. But also for the record I don't like to fight unless I have a rocket launcher/arsenal of weapons but I'm more of a pacifist.

Holy shit! This thread seems to have been designed specifically with the intention of eliciting posts by wanna-be's. Myself, I cage fight, I am the instructor at the UW-Eau Claire for Mixed Martial Arts, and am a gym nut. Here are some of my exploits in and out of the cage.

I put sports, well hockey and basket ball and running. Big arms big legs big(ish) pecs, not toned though, in pub fight terms i'm a:
"Oi! You!... oh erm...your a lot bigger up close mate... just er, don't do that again."
