I'm naturally quite muscular. Wide shouldered. I don't really put fat on either, I have a very fast metabolism thanks to my mam. I have a bit of a pot belly right now though, but I'll lose that soon when I get a better routine.

I do sports and I guess I'm a fighter, but I on the lighter side of the scale. I wouldn't mind giving up some agility and speed for strength tho

I'd totally do parkour but I don't think it's allowed here

I'm naturally fairly muscular, and I've studied Jujutsu for over 10 years. I don't look particularly muscular in the usual body-builder sense, like I don't have a 6 pack and pecs, but I have muscles where it counts. I've broad shoulders and a thin layer of fat, and a bit of a beer belly coming on too.
I guess that makes me a "Fighter" then?

I would say runner but runner and parkour are very different. I run long distances therefore am a skinny wimp with, not to toot my own horn or anything, the legs of a god. But I sure as heck have no chance at ever jumping anything on the fly, it would end in a facefull of ouch.

No. Although I am tall-ish and large(without being fat or muscular) which makes me seem strong or muscular, I am not. I may not yet be fat, but I'm closer to fat than I am to muscular, that's for sure.

Simply working out isnt among the options. Body building is a bit of an overstatement in my case.

I do Yoga and a few Aerobic workouts. Mostly just to keep my energy up. I'd love to get into parkour some day

I'm pretty much a stick figure.
I do Tae Kwon Do, but I don't have much upper body strength.
Then again, I'm a girl, so I guess it doesn't matter that much.

I WISH I COULD DO PARKOUR SO BAD.

no, im a weedy person with spaghetti arms that is only decent at badminton

i'd love to do parkour one day... its so awesome XD but im too wimpy
i used to think that
half of parkour isn't strength
its speed lol
I did parkour for like 6 months and got incredibly toned
then stopped when my school wouldn't let us anymore
obstacles are to be conquered, teachers are obstacles, easy to conquer.

Been doing parkour for over a year now and my upper body still resembles that of a stick figure but my legs are very strong, I can lift over twice my body weight with my legs. Since my arms are weak I use my legs to power up a wall. Some of my teachers frown upon it but mostly because there are impressionable/stupid juniors around. They know I don't hurt myself and will continue to do it regardless of what they say. I should start working out.

Anyone know how to get rid of muscle quick? I'm a biker, but I signed up for a marathon in like a month. I can't run with my legs built up for biking.

I heard that Lance Armstrong said a marathon was the hardest thing he's ever done, and he beat the **** out of cancer.

I'm average. I lift every day, but I don't get stronger. The only thing I really give a fuck about is my abs and my arms, everything else is irrelevant to me.

I am slightly overweight, I am just to lazy. I am going to school next year and plan to at least become a healthy weight.
