Well, I am not incredibly muscular, I spend most of my time either studying, cooking, cleaning, or going to youth group with friends. Though, I do have a bit of muscle, nothing that would bring a mass of the oppisite sex to my door, but enough to get every day chores finished. Though, when I was swimming during the winter, my muscle did get rather defined, but prompltly deflated after I inflammed my shoulder.

I started working out more often lately, my arms of fat turned to muscle, I feel good about myself now. I'm still working on everything else.

I have played badminton for about 8 years. This means as long as you look at my right arm then yes I am muscular. Other than that I am a stick figure.

I play tennis and a bit of squash, and I love cycling. Plus I walk a hell of a lot (anyone who's ever been to the campus of the University of Leeds and tried walking up the steps outside the Roger Stevens Building will understand, otherwise take a look on Google Maps). So I'm pretty fit, but not very muscular (well, I have thigh muscles like tree trunks but my arms and torso are pretty average).

I'm mixed. My arms and legs are muscular, pretty muscular I might add (especially my arms). It's funny to beat your 42 year old dad with arm wrestling, as an 18 year old. Heavy lifting at work did the trick. However, my chest is as flat as a board, and my stomach is chubby. My legs are pretty muscular because of all the cycling I do to school.
But I'd like to do something about my general appearance. I'd like to practice Jeet Kune Do, and squash has always appealed to me as well. Can't do those things over here though.

I'm mostly flabby, but I'm no weakling - I have to do a fair amount of heavy lifting at work.

I run a lot, but that doesn't really translate into body builder muscles or abs or anything really besides calfs you could kill small mammals with...

I used to run all the time, but lost my motivation lately after injury and illnesses. I weight lift a lot, though not too heavy since I don't want massive arms.

But yeah, I am pretty toned.

*Applauds the brutal honesty*

As for me, I go for a 25 minute run for 3-4 nights of the week, do a fair bit of sit-ups too. Definitely not muscular, but kinda toned and slim... Though I admit my beergut sometimes catches up with me :(

Wow I'm surprised at the amount of Parkour gamers, what a hybrid!

Squash is way fun but not gunna be much help if you're aiming to improve overall appearance. Do something that involves the rest of your body a bit more vigorously. Rowing is perfect for that kind of thing!

kinda screw the muscular cause you look a bit like...
a big jar of mayo.

Everyone loves to look at your size, but can't get over the fact that you look so sickly

I'm also training to be a cage fighter.
Im pale too. Trust me when I say that it helps with the intimidation factor.

I'm not overly skinny but not chunky so I've got curves. I've got fantastic back muscles though. (Archer)
