I'm a slim girl, but every ounce of weight on me is fat. That sounds disgusting but it's so true

I'm just too interested in having fun in my life to be healthy. Junk food tastes too good and exercise requires movement.
Yes but to me, beating the living crap out of people and getting payed for it's as much fun as is possible without defying physics and so many federal laws I'd be more famous then Bundy.

I train kickboxing, karate, bjj and then mma to tie it all together. Real men fight. Im 6' slim and toned. Im no meathead but Im fast, flexible, technical, and slippery when grappling. All of the muscley guys Ive trained with have less gas than me so I can out last them then finish with a submission.

For my build I drop bombs with a killer high kick.

I dont understand how anyone can be fat in western society. There is a gym on every corner, a massive array of sports in every city and healthy or diet food can be bought ready made. Dont make out exercise is a chore, its fun. Just find something you enjoy.

I'm skinny, but trying to change that. Going to the gym, eating alot, doing kickboxing and might start muay thai or MMA soon. Then I'll just hope it pays off.

Im pretty muscular. I spend lots of time at the gym and try to eat health. I voted "body builder" but no in the Arnold sense of the term. Just a pretty jacked guy.

I used to be pretty strong, about two years ago when I practiced martial arts, but I was never muscular.

I lift weights 3 days a week and love to play sports whether with friends or in a league. Not sure which I fall into, I'm pretty muscular but not huge, to the point that people often think I'm just average with my shirt on but realize their mistake when it's off. :p Guess I would be just muscular or sports then.

Ahh, I took weightlifting my freshmen year in high school. My final max was 160 lbs. Haha, not very much, but it's alright because my 360 controller weighs less than 2 pounds!

My weight fluctuates.
I was slim up until about 16.
Thats when I stopped kickboxing and broke my ankle.
Got chubby.
Then I started a job as a builder, became HUGE from the sheer muscle I put on.
Now Im back down to being a little chubby, but with enough muscle to look healthy.

Really wanna start losing that last bit of fat and tone up.
Probably start kickboxing again, as I was pretty damn good at it.

I run and I Box. I go to the gym occasionally, so yeah I'm muscular, though not to a body-builder standard. I have never got while you can't be a bit of a geeky gamer but still be fit, and heavily built.
