I am quite fit. I can run better than most my age and definitely have better upper body strength than most. Though I will be the first to admit that I stand to loose some dead weight.
I want to say that I have a normal healthy body, but I'm on the edge of underweight, but I only think that is because I have a small body type. Or Small Frame, harr harrh, references.
My weight is 47 kilos or 103.4 lbs according to a converter, and I'm about 163 centimeters or 4.17 feet according to a converter.
for now, i'm fairly skinny, but i've started working out these past few months, and i'm making some serious progress, i'm about twice as strong as i used to be in some areas and even where i'm not that fit, i'm still getting to the point where i can be called "decent" rather than "lighter than some fairly lean 12 year-olds
I'm both kinda fit and a little overweight for my height, but working on those few pounds and getting fitter. So far I've been taking cycle trips of 12 miles of so every few days and getting in plenty of walking (way too much time on my hands 'cause I'm unemployed...), but I'm looking for a couple of new things to do as well.
I do lots of cycling so I'm pretty lean. Trying to get to the magic 130 lbs in time for the race season. I'm 6'0" though, so 135lbs is maybe more realistic.
I'm very thin, and can even see my heart beating slightly in the chest area (obviously). I apparently have a fast metabolism, which explains how I've lost weight recently, despite not exercising, and rarely going outside unless necessary.
I thought I was kinda fat (not too much, but just slightly flabby), but according to my girlfriend, I'm fairly muscular. But to be honest, I wish I was more muscular, even if it was only slightly.
