6'3, 235. I have a bit of weight on me, but my legs are developed and I have a bit of upper body muscle there. I would be able to manhandle a lot of smaller guys.
I'm not really THAT overweight, only a little-bit, and I'm pretty tall so it evens-out, and I have a wide frame, so it doesn't look that bad.
It's the type of overweight a month of exercise would fix.
I'd lie if I said I wasn't overweight, because I am. Years of comfort-eating and other nasty habits of the kind will do that. But the past few years I've tried gaining back some control over things.
I've lost about 40kg, or roughly 80-85lbs just from cutting back on snacks and taking walks. Which I've fallen behind on lately due to a crushing deadline and way too much snow.
But snow melts, so I'll be getting back to it shortly.
Statistically speaking, people at this site are far above average expectations. Assuming no lies.
I classed myself as obese. 6ft and 235 pound male. I suppose depending on outlook you may say I'm overweight rather than obese...but that's a matter of debate.
