Well, me being a big fan of WoW and other games, i noticed im waaaayy too nice. I am an 80 horde and if i ever see an ally(my level or even lower) in trouble.i will help them. The only time i kill allies is bgs, when they bother me, or if they gank a fellow horde.

But i mean there have been times where i help an ally then they come back and kill me!And it just pisses me off to levels un-imaginably.

are you a pushover in gaming.

No. I'm not "too" nice when it comes to gaming. What the hell do I have against the players in the other faction? I've covered the retreat of more than one lower-leveled Horde player while I was out traveling.

Then again, I'm one of those freaks who wants the ability to learn other languages, and I'm pissed off that apparently the ability was abused at some point in the past...

Yeah, sometimes. Ill be playing and will help an ally or something because i feel bad killing them, then ten minutes later an asshole will kill me when im in the same situation. Its generally after that that i fall into line and slaughter all those in my path (or try to :p) because i get severely pissed off!

I generally help anyone, no matter faction. Most times it's appreciated, but sometimes it kicks me in the nads afterwards. Win some, you lose some.

I don't know I try to be nice but it always turns out wrong just the other day I was playing warhammer online I was out questing in the PVP area when a level 23 witch hunter appears (they can turn invisible and I'm level 26) he's doing the same quest but as soon as he sees me he flips shit and runs after about 5 minutes of shouting to each other from the other side of a stone wall I convince him that I'll not hurt him and that we can work together but as soon as he comes out a group of my guys run out from behind a bush and kill him

You traitor. I used to attack everything that had red letters above it's head no matter if I was 30 levels above it or below, join absolutely pointless (and absolutely hilarious) raids on local settelments, or follow Ally parties (I was a rogue) to fuck up their escort quest when they least expected it. That's total war, we didn't screw around on Lagtheridon.
dude I played WOW for 5 months and during that time me and 6 other lvl 42's got the shit blunderbusses and did "Navy Seal" raids on coastal villages against large groups of horde then split in every direction and usually get away by swimming

we caused mass confusion until we finally got my lvl 60 friends (3 of them), during the last month of my "tour of duty" we did these raids, and never killed anyone, we just wacked people till they were within an inch of life and GTFO

I helped in the slaughter of any and all Alliance whenever physically possible. However, I was a Holy/Discipline Priest, and therefore a Carebear.

So I suppose I'm middle road. I'm all for slaughter; I just can't do it.

My experience is not WoW related, but I'll generally help someone if they're up against ridiculous odds or if they've helped me. If the person has bothered me in the past, I'll usually ignore whatever is happening to them and sometimes I'll join in against them.

It's quite circumstantial, I don't have a set rule about it.

You say that like being nice is a bad thing. It's part of how you make friends sometimes. That being said, I'm never mean to anyone I meat in any game, be it an MMO or something competitive like Gears of War.

I am nice always at first but I do not take to betrayal and jerks lightly. Afterwards I am cold and unforgiving.

I no longer play but low lvl ally are safe, but if you are anywhere near my lvl you die. Or I constantly sap you until you cry and leave. And if I see an ally in trouble, its their problem, it Wold of WARcraft... not World of HELPcraft.

If I had the opportunity to help someone who didn't seem like a total prick, I'd try to help. Congrats to many of you, I'm proud of the work you've done for those in bad situations.

I am a nice guy gamer myself. I have played the role of the savior and the helpless victim. I try to fight with my own honor code. I never attack flagged players who's level appears gray and I always help anyone who needs it regardless of faction. I have had people insult me then run to me for aid. I always aid people in the hope that they will help another and therefore create a better world( or server). I know it is idealistic to expect that much but I like to think I've changed the at least one player for the better.

I don't think it would be considered nice at all... but I actually used to have some horde friends that I would run around with (I was alliance), we would kill all the jerks on the server and I would polymorph them to heal them, at the same time taking out the horde Jerks =P
Though most of the time I am pretty nice, most of the people deserved it.

Edit: I kinda went off topic, but the majority of posts were wow centered hehe. I do try to help people as much as I can and am nice to most people unless they annoy me greatly, then they shall suffer my wrath >:)
