Khajiit, night vision kicks arse. Add that to a bow and stealth, you can become invincible in a sense as no one can find you while you are pumping arrows with sneak attack bonus in em.

Played as a Dark Elf Warrior. (is that right? I forget the class names) Suited my needs well enough.

Was a long time ago i played Oblivion.

Dark elf because their skin matches the colour of . . . well everything!

Oh, and the 75% resistant to fire is good to. There's alot of that shizz kicking aboot on the planes of Oblivion.

I played a bosmer, wood elf, in Oblivion.
It was a character that sneaked up to it's target, only to plant a poisoned arrow in the back of it's head. Poison = awesome.
Also, illusion magic is just plain fun.

Pitty elves are so very ugly in those games. Took me ages to create a decent character.

I usually go with a jack of all trades Dunmer because I like their looks, the fire resistance is nice and It makes my random purify the elven race role plays more ironic.

I'm always a dark elf, after playing Morrowind they just seem like they have the most fleshed out and interesting back story. Plus that fire resistance comes in mighty handy in Oblivion gates.

I play as an orc because they're hard core and I love swinging my axe in peoples faces, while getting swamped by guards and surviving.

Argonian for my rogues.

Nord for my warriors.

High Elf for my mages.

I start as a Breton for the high magic usage and resistances. An Argonian is my thief/murderer character. Nords are my warrior character. It all works out really well. On another not, has anyone created a High Elf under the sign of the Apprentice? I think it's erally funny that you have so much magicka but can lose half your health to one scamp.

High elf. I don't use magic much, but I can't play as a wood elf because they are far too short.
