It can't be Jack, can it? Because in bioshock 2, the story assumes that Jack saved all the little sisters (in bioshock) and then died a happy man 9 years later.

I think we'll end up killing the BS towards the end of the game, but i hope that there's some sort of unseen baddy.

I hope it would just be a Xanatos-trope major character in the game which is actually wise in using plasmids rather than just being a muscle bound moron. Looking at the Big Sister, I don't think it would be wise enough as the last boss of Bioshock, unless the bis Sister has an awesome backstory or history.

I wish it was Jack trying to kill you for being a monster of unspeakable apocalyptic potential.

My brother told me that their is only one Big Sister that fights you throughout the game and you kill it at the very end.

I don't like that idea very much but it's the only thing I have to go by right now.

Well, it's deffinantly not Jack 'cos in the bad ending he ODs on drugs and in the good ending he turns into a grandpa.

Yeah they did that when you found out what the phrase, "would you kindly" meant and who "Atlas" really was. They did a great job with the plot twists.

Isn't it a prequel? I don't think you'll be allowed to kill anyone that was in BioShock 1 in a prequel, that way temporal silliness lies.

It's gonna be a new person, then.

Bioshock 2's multiplayer story is a prequel. The main game is set ten years after the events from the original Bioshock.

Also, I hope it's not the Big Sister. Maybe someone new. I mean, they wouldn't want to spoil the main boss in interviews and gameplay videos now, would they?
