Poll: Bacon, Crunchy or Chewy?

Chewy? Chewy? You guys like your pig skin to be gummy rubbery gooey fat slices? I... I feel lost.

I prefer that the bacony goodness is taken of the pan just before it goes crunchy so chewy for me although it's in between. Also it's not pig skin it's pig ass. Mmmm.. Pig ass.

My answer remains the same from the last time this thread appeared. I like my bacon really crunchy. Imagine almost burning the bacon.

That is how I like it.

I hate chewy or floppy bacon.

I like mine crunchy, a little before it starts to turn black. I can eat it and enjoy it chewy though as well. Bacon is pretty good in general.

Chewy would be my beacon type of choice. I think that it goes best with sandwiches...
