Poll: Batman vs. Wolverine.... who wins?

Batman is cool and all but at the end of the day he is just a strong rich regular human who dresses up like a bat. Wolverine on the other hand has a metal skeleton, two sets of retractable claws and most importantly he heals an enhanced rate. Enhanced to the point where he has also lived on the planet for well over a century and in that time has seen more combat than Bats will ever see.

I'm sure Batman could pull some kind of Bat-win out of his Bat-ass given he had preparation time to develop a Bat-Wolverine stopping device. It is the same with any Batman vs story. But a heads up right here and now, Batman will lose to the ones with super powers.

If you want a more "fair" fight, go Batman vs Iron Man. Both are ultra rich, get power from their gadgets and have severe psychological problem (Iron Man's alcoholism and Batman.. well he's the goddamned Batman, the craziest one in the Bat-universe..). Bat's would likely win that one though, as Iron Man's weakness is far more exploitable.

Batman wins because he is Batman, that is not even a fair fight.
Also it's told in the comics how you "kill" wolverine, decapitation by sword and then you quickly grab the head and run with it, from their you fly it across the world and bury it (all with it covered so he cant see) it doesn't necessarily kill him but now he is useless.
And before anyone goes "adimantium bones stupid" I realize that and my response is this: you can have adimantium bones, but your tendons and ligaments are still normal, if they were metal too he wouldnt be able to move, if your good enough with a sword, which i assume batman is, you can hit in between the bones and just separate them by the spinal chord discs.

Nobody said anything about killing. I doubt Batman could kill Wolverine, but capturing him might be very possible. I'll go for Batman, he must have some anti-Wolverine spray somewhere.

Lets see. Batman just has to run into a building, wait until Wolverine charges in, then drop down from a hiding place and cut him apart. Slicing tendons and ligaments, as this chap(?) said.

Although I never understood why someone doesn't just shoot him with an explosive bullet trough the eye.

on second thought i think batman would just apply anti-healingfactorspray and kick him in the balls. Or any of the other million options he can think of because the single most capable and intelligent human being ever to live. Because comic book writers aren't very good at the "develop weeknesses for characters" thing.
