The rule of thumb tends to be its ok as long as it does not interfere with daily/religious duties. This is the interpretation taken by Catholics, certain protestants, and Judaism. Islam varies but there are portions of the Quran which outright forbid it.
Alcohol is viewed as counterproductive in Buddhism and Hinduism.

I voted "option 8" because it felt more natural of an answer than "hells yeah" for me.

I am not religious, I guess you could say I am an atheist, but I am not into the whole "atheist" movement or whatever.

I don't see why alcohol and any religion can't work, in my opinion if any religion tells you not to imbibe any sort of stress relieving drug then that religion is insane. Life is stressful, regardless of what you do, life is just stressful. I feel every human being has a basic right to enjoy some sort, or another, of stress relief, whether that is alcohol, cannabis or anything. Then again going down that path is opening a whole new can of worms that I would rather not argue right now (nor in this thread since it is off topic).

So, yes I think alcohol and religion mixes just fine IMHO.

EDIT: Oh yeah, and monks have been making beer for hundreds of years, and they make some DAMN good beer.

So here's the thing. Anything that you do willingly to damage your body/health is a sin for Christians since they are supposed to value and preserve life, especially their own, so you can use this as a golden rule for pretty much any question of the sort. That being said, a beer or a glass of wine once in a while is no problem (actually it's quite good for you). Above that though you're starting to go towards alcohol abuse, and that's a no-no.

Slightly off-topic: I must say I find the reason behind the question somewhat strange. Are you concerned about committing a sin by drinking? 'Cause that's a pretty minor one compared to the "not going to church/doing religious stuff" - that's a biggie. Or is it just idle curiosity probing into the mindset of the god-wads? :p

Drinking alcohol is fine, getting plastered off alcohol is not. It is a matter of personal responsibility to know your limits and ensure that by your example, nobody else decides to exceed theirs. That last part is crucial, if you are at an event with someone who struggles keeping in control around alcohol you need to be sensitive to that and not give them an excuse to go off the deep end.

There is a St. Luke (1st century) and a Saint Wenceslas (like the Xmas carol) who are considered patron saints of Beer. Unless I'm mistaken, I believe Luke is the guy who first introduced it to the pope of the time, who apparently didn't consider it a sin to drink beer.

(agnostic-christian; which essentially means I believe in Jesus with some uncertainty but I do'nt go to church or do any... religious things... if you must know)
I don't think that means what you think it means. Agnostic believers have unwavering faith in their gods, they just believe that either they can't prove its existence or it can't be proved in general.

What you do is... well, i think most hardcore Christians would question you saying you are one and yet not doing any religious things, go to church or even being certain of Jesus.
I've been given about 8 different definitions of the term "agnostic" whenever anything like this discussion comes up, each one insisting it's more correct than the next.

almost all of them apply to me, including the one you just spouted off, so that's what I go with whenever I'm asked, or feel it's pertinent to the discussion at hand (like now).

It's not like you can't drink if you're religious. I wouldn't go get trashed and start trying to pick a fight over whether the trinity is bullcrap or not but a few drinks is fine.
