Winterised Tlb Armour is the best choice statistically (as lots of people have already said) but I personally prefer Enclave Hellfire armor with a Raider arclight mask (it makes me look badass, especially when I duke it out with a super mutant behemoth using a minigun).
lol IMO out of all the power armour.. the T51-b looks the worst! I guess as far as looks go.. i like the tesla amour.. plus its got nice bonuses

These are a staple in the Soap and Jessi household.
The Wasteland Legend Outfit for style > substance. Long leather jacket, dust mask, the belt, the boots, looks so badass it's unbelievable. It looks exactly the same as the Merc Veteran Outfit but Wasteland Legend is a cooler name.

I like the raider badlands armour myself. It's crap stat-wise, but I like the utilitarianicity of it, especially the canteen made out of a coffee cup.
However, when it comes to not dying, asthetics aren't really enough so I go with the tribal power armor because not only is it styleish, but it helps with the whole staying alive thing, if you're into that.
