Do i really need to answer this, its not long enough, its only like 5 hours. It was originaly supposed to be an excpansion, but they added a bit more, if they priced it at say $40 i would call that right.happysock said:
Mine cost me £35 and it was a good price, 5 hours isn't all that short for a fps anyway wolfenstein was only just longer, halo 3 wasn't much longer than that so I would say the length is about right, plus you have saddies story to go and find that drags out another hour in campaign and firefight adds another couple of hours onto gameplay so thats at least 7 hours of gameplay without stepping foot onlineSupreme Unleaded said:

I dunno. It just felt more immersive and for the half hour I managed to sit down to play it I had more fun than I'd had in Halo 3, and there's something I can't quite place my finger on...

halo 1 back when it was original and not milked till the utter fell off (cuz everyone knows any franchise is a cow to be milked)
Awexsome, how can Halo 2 have the best story when it hasn't an ending? For there to be a good story there must be a good beginning, middle and end.
I still think CE is the only good Halo game because it's an expansion of the Marathon storyline, the pistol was awesome, and it's original (for its time). 2, 3, and ODST are simply regurgitations of the same game, in similar universes, with similar bland character designs. I even tire of Master Chief after the second game...

I was never really a fan of Halo 1. But I seem to remember enjoying Halo 2. Halo 3 was ok. Halo ODST was a disappointment in my eyes. Halo Wars, not a big RTS player. Like doing stuff myself, and not relying on faceless nameless soldiers who only have 2 days until retirement.
Unfortunately, I still find the first one the best.
I haven't played ODST yet, (I need money!) And I'm not going to play Halo Wars because I don't like console RTSs.
So from the big 3. Halo 2 had a disappoiting ending, and I really disliked playing as the Arbiter, because I thought they had an opportunity for a really well thought out deconstruction, but then didn't have the nerve to follow through on it. Halo 3 was just too short plotwise, and therewere just enough petty annoyances to stop me playing it simly for the game itself.

Combat Evolved wins it for me.. I personally loved the storyline, and thought the moment in which I crash landed at the beginning (I played this release week) I had to blink and return focus to the game because of how beautiful it was. It also, in my opinion, was the only game I've played thus far to have GOOD VEHICLE SECTIONS.
