Anyway, guess it's 'Tallica for me, they got me into metal music in the first place and although I like Megadeth more right now, they're probably my all-time favorites.

I'd just like to say that most people in this thread really don't have very good (or at least expansive) taste in metal.

Aside from my regulars (Vintersorg, Absu, Moonsorrow, Enslaved, Bloodbath, Ásmegin, Celtic Frost, Gorguts, Edge of Sanity, etc.), I've been really into Melechesh lately. It's Mesopotamian-inspired black/thrash metal with a hint of folk elements. Excellent, aggressive and original stuff that comes highly recommended.
