That awful sex scene is going to be burned into my memory for ever
Yeah, I was a bit confused as to why they kept that in/put it in.
I just didn't like how stupid and cheesy they made it. In the comic, it was one of the few realistic sex scenes you'll see in a comic book - slightly awkward, with a lot of "If you move your leg over here" sort of stuff. I liked that.

Then the movie comes along and tries to make it some epic thing with a terrible choice of background music, and it just became laughable.

I voted Iron Man, mainly because I haven't seen any of the others, but I have heard lots of good things about Kick Ass, so that might change my views when I get it on Blu-Ray in a couple of days.

That's nice.

I'll be over there appreciating good film.
I would love for you to list some examples of "good" films.

Watchmen has more to say about humanity than 99.9% of the films out there.

Though the Iron Man films are a lot of fun, I'm still gonna say Batman Begins. It's a pretty good story offering one of the best origin stories in superhero films, as the whole film is part of the origin.

Iron man 1/2, forget them being good super hero films, they are great films in general.

*Vote reserved for the Avengers Movie*

In all seriousness: So hard... So instead of voting, I'll distract myself by mentioning a few forgoten ones: The Spiderman Movies, Incredible Hulk (NOT counting the one before it, though), Watchmen (Not sure how many votes that would get).

OT: Why is X-Men listed as a trilogy? There were only two films...
Actually there were three. X-men, X-men 2/X2 and X-men: The Last Stand. In fact, if you count Origins then there were four films.

I actually thought the Watchmen was a pretty horrible film when I first watched it. I then read the novel and went back and watched it again. I hated it even more on my second watch.

Spider-Man 2

Kick-Ass would've been great if Hitgirl wasn't in it.

The Incredibles, actually.
Has all the trappings of what I still think of as the 'superhero' genre and all the things I love about that movie that still let me watch it again and again without it really getting old any time soon. It really is the epitome of a 'superhero' film, while others are still filed as Comic Book films in my mind (not that I don't like them, though)
