I still haven't beaten that. Maybe I feel guilty about pirating it (though it's Nintendos fault for not releasing it outside of Japan the bas,ds).

How far are you? Don't feel bad, it's their fault. I sure as hell would have bought the game had they released it state-side, their loss though!

I finished the chapter with Salsa when I stopped playing. I went on a skiing trip and forgot about it. I've been to busy playing other games to get back into it.

You should really try it again, the game changes dramatically after chapter 3 and the setting feels a lot like EarthBound (not in a bad way, a nostalgic way).

Pokemon is the best RPG. I will agree the plot is getting annoying. But it's still good. I really want to see a new plot. Not new twist and turns. More like the Ranger games. Not that was good! Way different than the original games that it's now based on. Rangers and Mystery Dungeon are the best games out of the Pokemon games!

I would disagree. Jade empire is better than both KOTOR games. (I am a massive Star wars fan)

Pokemon is one of my all time favorites. not for it's story but for it's combat. Such a deep system. Natures, elements, hundreds of pokemon, IV Breeding, EV training. It makes for very feirce and competitive battles.

However in the end I can't decide. I have been obsessed with Lost odyssey but I love many RPGs so it is hard.

I'd go with Ultima VII... maybe Ultima IV. Both were brilliant games. Nothing really has quite the same flavor and panache. Those games were also great experiences in free-roaming RPG environments, which I don't think has ever really been replicated quite so well.
