My personal favourite has been daybreakers recently. Im sure there are better (the ones listed probably) but its the only one I have seen that includes vampires that arent sparkly. For me, that made the film a winner.

Shadow of the Vampire was epic. I do like Underworld and Blade though. Nosferatu is up there, even though I usually don't go for silent films personally.

I watched Interview with a Vampire again last week and even after the 20th time its awesome, it includes everything a good vampirestory should have.
And for trashyvampires i love Lost Boys. But i guess mainly because its from the 80s , where so much was awesome.
