They had Mark Vanderloo come in and they built MaleShep off of him.

So why are they not doing the same with fem shep? they all look like final fantasy knock ups with that strange anime face thing going on.

Maybe because they wanted to get the community involved and hiring six models would probably be pretty expensive. Easier (and cheaper) to make those artists you're already paying come up with five or six possible faces to slap on the same set of armor in the same pose.

Have you ever seen a Lynx advert? Models are 10 a penny. Cost is negligable for a studio.

Number five is the winner in my book. Thoguh number 1 gets a mentions for resembling natalie portman to a shameful degree and number six gets points for just looking like a bad ass Russian assassin.

Bioware already uses the default MaleShep as the trailer Shepard....so why not use the default FemShep?

TBH the default one should either look like the (kind of) stereotypical female grizzled space marine(? [lol]) (#5, which I voted for) or as ugly as humanly possible to get the players to customize her.

All of them are good IMO. I will probably make my own anyways.

Same here. My FemShep was always a redhead which is why I chose #2.

What does that have to do with this? They just want a Female Shepard to use for marketing purposes. There is currently neither a detailed [footnote]the default one is one you can create yourself, while the default male was modeled after some dude whose name I forgot and cannot be made via the character creator[/footnote] female Shepard nor has she ever been used for marketing. Your comment is just unrelated BioWare bashing.
