For many of us CODBO Failed out expectations. Because what we imagined was a Shinning gold coin on top of some Shitty Brown shooters. But as we got near the coin and held it in our hands it turned out that the Gold coin was just a Wrapper holding only a L4D clone Mediocre Campaign and a Disappoint of a Multiplayer.

So i Made A list of 21 things that i hate about Black Ops.

Please feel free to Add what you Hate about black ops and your thoughts on my list.

1. My Team Mates would refuse to protect a Flag in Domination - This isn't a problem with the game.
2. i put 24 bullets in someones chest and then shoot me straight off and one shot me - Either you suck, or you have lag.
3. Getting a Kill to only getting shot by the same person who spawned behind me - Pay attention.
4. Kids saying the word '******' Like a Homophobic Machine Gun - Again, not a problem with the game
5. How a Person knows your exact location without even having a UAV - Again, either you suck, or the other person has something called 'spatial awareness;
6. The Teammate who's 5th prestige and plays shockingly bad. Why? Nobody knows. - Still not a problem with the game.
7. Children - Not a problem with the game.
8. People who communicate using racial Slurs and Offensive Language - Not a problem with the game.
9. THE SPAWN SYSTEM - Adapt your style, this isn't MW2...
10.The Spawn System - ^That.
11. THE MAPS Arg there so dull - It's a matter of opinion.
12. The Killstreaks Boring - Another matter of opinion!
13. COD points What a Great Concept But Fell on its Face - Your first good point.
14. People who have mics on but the only thing you hear from them is background Rapper Music - Not a problem with the game...
15. The Hitmarker's I clearly shot 50 bullets into him and it says i shot nothing. - Either you REALLY suck, or you're lagging.
16. Trick Shooters Who Suck for instance someone spraying and praying with a sniper- This doesn't make sense, and it's not a problem with the game itself.
17. Arseholes - Running out of ideas are you?
18. People who steal your care package - Not a problem with the game itself.
19 Second Chance - Deal with it.
20 Forget Nuketown Bring back SHIPMENT - This isn't a problem with the game, this is a problem with you.
21. Some kid yelling 'COLLATERAL' - NOT a problem with the game!

Okay. I've written specific responses to the things you wrote above. By my count, you have made one, perhaps two valid points in your entire list. Not counting where you've repeated yourself (I'm not just talking about the time when you wrote the same one twice, I mean writing about general community problems...) You clearly have a problem with connection/playing skill.
The remaining portion of your list makes me think you're an idiot, and that is my conclusion.

Why does everybody complain about second chance? just kill him before he pulls out his pistol; his super invulnerability doesn't last long enough for him to unload his entire clip into you like last stand did. I also don't really have much problems with perks anymore, and only three of the guns you mentioned are overpowered (though I never have a problem with them). The CZ75 is actually crap when made full auto since it loses stopping power and you can already shoot that fast anyway if your finger's fast enough.

Its not so much the other team using it but rather your own team.

It makes your teammates do the most stupid stuff, they'll get shot up, go into second chance and stay there waiting to get another kill until they bleed out a full 2 minutes later.

Its a cheap, stupid and unbalanced perk anyway, but its not much of an issue compared to the 74 or the FAMAS.

The full-auto pistol is still quite powerful and easy to use for a secondary.

That doesn't sound unbalanced to me, sounds like it just gives morons a false sense of security so they make very stupid mistakes, making them easier to kill. I honestly don't use second chance to get kills, I prefer to use it because it can extend my lifespan (and sometimes it allows me to do something incredibly badass). Again the CZ75 is actually worse when made full auto since you can actually fire it faster in semi auto than full, and the bullets do more damage. Using the full auto attachement is incredibly stupid. The other unbalanced weapons never actually gave me a problem.

1, Agreed, but better to have them, than to not have them.
2, Agreed, not so much the detection but the 2 kilometre lunge.
3, Disagree, seems pretty consistent to me.
4, MAC 11 is one of the least used guns of the game, not much of an issue.
5, People are crazy.

7, The others are actually pretty good, but the 74U is waaaaay overpowered.

9, Theres only like, 2 small maps.
10, Its a Dragunov SVD with half the mag capacity and lower recoil, no issue.

CODBO campaign was awful, but multiplayer was fun. The community is the main problem with online, but was no worse that any other shooter, to be fair. I liked a few of the maps, but wasn't impressed with the majority.
They screwed up a bit with the perks, but the killstreaks weren't too bad. Add a couple of old ones in, and they'd be great in fact.

All in all I think the multiplayer was above average. Try Medal of Honor Tier 1 before complaining about it. And at least you could connect, unlike Army of Two 40th Day (both of which let down the campaigns, which were great fun)

My issue with the Flamethrower isn't that I was killed by it. I've actually only seen a few folks use the attachement anyway. My problem with Flamethrower arose during a TDM in Nuketown. I got the jump on a guy standing in the corner of the second floor porch in the green house and thought I'd spray 'em safely from the ground. Bad idea. It just angled off -away- from the house. x_x Anyone else have this problem?

Can't say I agree with the Mac 11 bit, though.

Okay apart from most of these probs being with the players, not the game...

Mine are:

1 - Nuketown
2 - Lack of Lt Riley (Ghost)
3 - Black Ops teams don't get Hudson and Weaver as the voices.
4 - 'infinetispawn' enemies on Executive Order
5 - Woods is stupidly faux macho ('SEE THAT HIND!?! We're gonna TAKE IT!')
6 - No British or other countries chars except Russian, CUban and American (Cuban for 1 mission) and the only brit is tortured by you.
7 - Maps are too small to use the L96 on
8 - The customisation claimed to be offered didn't surface*
9 - Bloody Gold camo is stupidly hard to get
10 - The in game music is of a lower standard than that of Hans Zimmer in MW2

Spoiler: Compare these.

* You should be able to put a gas mask on your face if you have tactical mask, carry a laptop on your webbing if you have the Hacker, binoculars on webbing for scout etc, etc...

Most of my (and your) problems lie with the community, they're nothing more than a group of over-compensating pre-teens who only care about kill streaks, which is why I stopped playing the Multi.

However the Zombies mod has these issues too. with 14 year-olds forgetting we need to cooperate to make it past round 5.

I'm 14. Got to round 29 by myself, 26 with a bunch of other 14 year olds... Some people are just idiots. I'm usually the commander, I have to tell people what to do because they just don't know how to buy the box...

Black Ops is a good game, much better than MW2 was. Some things in Black Ops I hate, like noobs with Commandos and dual shotties, but I don't care that much about it.

Carepackages are great distractions. Place one in a chokehold area and just camp there. People'll flock to you just to see what it was. Lol. Mute people if you don't want to hear them talk.

You think you could have put up a spoiler for number 2? Well, too late now.

I only played a bit of CoD BO, and if it has the same kill streaks as mw2 I'm not going to like it. There are so many freaking snipers, so many people who think they can be so pro as a sniper, it just gets annoying after a while. Especially when you have half your team sitting back with snipers, so cocksure prancing about with their guns full of ammo. While you have to take a noob tube then and rpg to the face because someone keeps spamming them. I don't want to rant but I will stop on the snipers with...If they could hit sprinting enemies accurately to help save our men, then I could see them as more of a use.

Also kill streaks, just at any time a missile comes out of the sky and hits you and your friend, or an insta-win kill streak that your enemy gets.

Black Ops=COD4 to me.
I really like it, but I mainly play with friends that play the objective.
And CODPoints are the best thing that happened since the M16 in COD4 to me.

The only issue I have with Black Ops is the Hit detection.

Yeah, sometimes the thing (I think its called the hit reticle) pops up when you hit them, will stay there for the whole clip. But they will still kill you and it shows them using half the amount of bullets.

I recently played Modern Warfare 2 and the Hit reticule was spot on. Black Ops needs to fix this.

As everyone said, most of your issues are with the community.
I just couldn't take your post seriously, and everyone who already posted has already said why.
Your point about CoD Points, however, I seriously disagree with. Did you play Halo Reach? Black Ops directly, and obviously stole their idea with getting points to buy stuff, but the sad thing is they did it better. Reach gives you fuck all even if you dominate the game.
Black Ops gives you an appropriate amount.
One time I got about 11 kills in one TDM, not my best on either game. Halo gave me: 1000 points. Blops gave me: 1000 points (Roughly, this is just for simplicity's sake)
Often, however, I do very well. Once I got 41 kills and under 5 deaths on a Domination match.
Blops: 4-5000 points, without taking challenges into account.
Halo: 1-2000 points, with taking challenges into account.
Black ops rewards you for doing well. Halo says 'Fuck that'.


Primarily, I loved the shit out of the main game (Black Ops).
Amazing campaign, awesome zombie mode, and even if it had no MP, I still would class it in my Top 20 Games.
