Poll: Black Ops or Medal of Honor

I was looking at the two games and didn't know which one i should get, so I though i would get the general opinion of the Escapist users. So which would you buy? Black Ops or Medal of Honor? or neither?

Hmmmm Well I'd say black ops but thats only because I actually Like the Treyarch's CODs and Medal of Honour hasn't Impressed Me thus far

But in all seriousness, i'll be getting Black Ops on day of release, it looks like it has a solid story unlike World at war. Besides, i'm hoping it has Zombies!

Although I'm in the mind of neither if you've have to choose between the two, I think Black Ops. Medal of Honor is like a franchise reboot trying to be Modern Warfare. Treyarch have at least been experimenting.

Black Ops. Don't get me wrong, I fucking hated CoD3 and WaW (polished digital shit is the description that seems most apt), but the multiplayer trailers have - to my surprise - raised my hopes that it'll be a good game.

Medal of Honour, hasn't really grabbed my attention yet.

If I had to choose, I'd go with Black Ops. It's most likely going to be the superior game. Say what you want about the Call of Duty franchise - it's very polished.

Black ops looks a whole lot like CSS and medal of honor looks a whole lot like battlefield. I really like the gameplay of medal of honor though, so i probably will get that. Plus on medal of honor you wont have that annoying-12-yr old problem.

I'm going to buy MOH also but only when the price drops a little.

I'm selling my soul to Blizzard's Cataclysm exp so most likely I'll get Black Ops when the price drops because it seems like the better game and I don't really give a toss about the MoH franchise anymore.

I have pre ordered black ops (and I am thinking of changing my pre-order to the hardened edition)

In terms of multiplayer, I think Black Ops will be better.

However I don't trust the single-player modes of either game to be anything other than mediocre.

I have to go with Black Ops. I hated Modern Warfare 2, but I did like World at War quite a bit (so sue me), and the trailers for Black Ops have impressed me a hell of a lot more than the trailers (and beta) for Medal of Honor did.
