Being that I hate 95% of movies, I'll say books. I dunno, maybe it's something about getting to use my imagination while at the same time choosing when I want to view the contents of the book and how, while a movie plonks you down in place for 2 hours and basically forces you to view it in one sitting. Movies are also limited by time, and in that regard books are a lot better, since the reader can just stop and go as he/she wishes, and thus the author can flesh out both the universe and the characters more.
I also love video games, especially those with a good narrative.
