Probably Maya. Played as Lilith in BL1 (who was the best by miles, don't care what anybody says). I see they've switched things around a bit now with the special moves, but presumably the Siren is still the class for SMGs, right? In which case I'll stick with it. Because Double fucking Anarchy.

Incidentally, Borderlands 2 is the only game I'm legitimately excited for coming up (well, that and maybe the new Fire Emblem title).

Split between Maya and Axton. Lilith was my main in the original game, but Axton's turret sounds really appealing in the absence of "emergency invisibility with gradual healing."

I had a blast playing as Lilith and the new siren abilities look like a lot of fun. I might do Zer0 on another play through, that is, unless I get to play as the Mechromancer before then.

Anyone know if Gamespy ISN'T in this one? It seems like they're using Steamworks instead but I'd like a confirmation, mostly because Gamespy ruins multiplayer games.

If it isn't, I'll probably wind up getting this game and playing as Maya, Axton, or Salvador. I'm not gonna touch Zero, assassiny-type characters are boring for me.
