This is a gameplay trailer for Borderlands which I found and, honestly, I freaking love it. The art style looky amazing, bright and vibrant, especially when compared to 'next-gen' graphics. The gameplay looks like great fun, the music perfectly fits the trailer...personally, this has got me even more psyched for the game when it comes out.

I love the artstyle, I love the overal feel, heck I love everything about this game. Except for one thing: it's not the post-apocalyptic setting I'm looking for. That would be Mad Max style, this simply has too many monsters in it. That's why I'll probably go for Rage instead of Borderlands.

Very similar to Fallout 3 and Rage. At least superficially.

It looks really fun actually, and have been wanting it for a while. Surprisingly, the art direction is what is really selling me on the game, moreso than the RPG hybrid that it is.

One of the few games I will buy, and not rent.

It's stands out from the crowd in my book, and has a lot going for it overall from the vast amount of weaponry, to the random spawning environments I'll undoubtedly spend much time exploring, and the inevitable co-op sessions with friends while destroying whatever gets in our path. I don't like early hype, but this could well be a gem.

I like the graphics much more than the current trend towards realism seen in most FPS games. But, what really makes me want this game is the way the game engine can combine gun parts to make unique guns on the fly. I think the developers stated there are more than 6 million possible guns ingame.

Is that the new trailer with the new graphics, or the old one, with the old graphics?
OT: It looks good, I'll probably get it... even if it is supposed to look like a comic book -.-

I'm pretty sure these are the new graphics. The old game was grittier, until they gave it a complete overhaul (a good idea in my book.)

I heard nothing about it until now. After that trailer, I will have to say "Hell Yes!"
I don't know if it will be a Fallout clone, but then again, maybe it is free roam and I just don't know. It seems fun even if it ends up being fairly linear.
