I think that Boris Johnson is the cleverest politician in the world. He has got look of idiocy that means you can let him get away with everything. Also, he is a very good politician and has a great IQ.
He is not a fool in my opinion and should be prime minister!
Do you think he is a buffoon?
I think he's sneaky - looking crazy, sounding crazy, whilst having the cunning of a very cunning badger. It would be interesting to see Boris as Prime Minister, if only to watch Prime Minister's question time.

Would he make a good PM? Hmmm, not sure - maybe; how is he as London mayor? Given I don't live in the Capitol, I can only guess.

My flame sense is tingleing....

Also no, I'm liberal
Being liberal doesn't mean you have to automatically hate all conservatives you know...

OT: While I don't support his party, I think he's very good at what he does and the 'buffoon' thing is a very clever act.
Yes but I do, you see I specialize in irrational hatred, its kind of my stock and trade.
And I specialise in irrational befuddlement...wait, what?

I've been living in London the last year, and I think he's a fucking useless mayor. Public Transport is worse than ever, and all he seems to want to do is get us on bikes. I cycled around back home, and there's no way I'm doing the same in London. Either my bike will get nicked, or I'll get run over by some road-raged London driver (of which there are many).
It isn't worse than ever really. I mean, the bus coverage is amazing and the tubes are running the same way the tubes have always run. The problem with the buses is that they can't not be late. I mean, they have to go through the traffic the same as everyone else so they're just late. Nothing can be done about that.
I'd not cycle through London though, you'd get run over by a bus within a matter of minutes.

THIS JUST IN! Boris Johnson is also a part time super hero! More below:
http://www.guardian.co.uk/uk/2009/nov/03/boris-johnson-attack-camden-london1

Basically, while cycling through Camden (North London), Boris overheard a woman screaming for help who was being attacked by some chavs (or as Boris put it: "Oiks"). Boris chased them away and then walked the woman home. The woman was Franny Armstrong, a documentary maker and enviromentalist.

To this I say, nicely done Boris! But he still shouldn't be PM

I just saw this news a little while ago online and came back to look at this thread to see if anyone else had picked up on it. I have a little more respect for the man. Way to go Boris. I just love the fact that he drove them away on his bicycle!

I like him. I think he's like a drunk baby.

You watch them carefully but then you take your eyes of them for one second and BAM! He's got a bucket on his head and just charged head-first through your new flat screen plasma.
