To be honest... I have eaten all of the above options and scabs to.
If it comes from my body, so I don't think it's that odd.
I have make out with blood (Nothing much, but one of my GF was really into blood games).

Nothing I do everyday, but it happens.

But scabs was new.. How did it taste?

It is often really crunchy, it all depends on how thick it is.

I tend to get chapped lips, not quite to the medical issue extent, nor to an "ew, look at your lips extent" but it is definitely apparent to myself. This has resulted in an odd tendency to tear away the loose skin with my teeth and eat it. I also lick my wounds and consume my own blood if such is called for... I don't really see anything wrong with this, just my natural reaction. What harm can come of consuming minute parts of myself, especially in a bid to retain my health? better the wiping it on a bus seat or something...

i dont eat boogers, scabs, skin, etc. but ive seen people eat their own boogers, and i once saw my mom eat pieces of her skin from her foot when it was peeling. the fuh, mah?

I chew at the inside of my mouth, I swallow the little bits of skin that come off and I do like my wounds..

If I get a cut, I suck the blood with my mouth. I think I read once that saliva can clean the wound, and that's why I started doing it, and I just never stopped. My fiancée gives me a strange look when I do it.

if you think EATING scabs is disgusting, my cousin picked his scab off, put it under one of those fancy microscopes and linked it to a bigger screen... damn i didnt see the blood option first time
