In order for one to exist, the other can't, because if there's something unbreakable, the knife can't break it, and vice versa.

PARADOX TIME!!!!!!!!!!!!

and well, since "cutting" is different than "breaking" in with cutting "splits" matter it would not be breaking the cube, it would be "splitting" it

if that make any sense

Ok, something I want to say to end these unstoppable vs unmovable, and unbreakable vs can cut through anything... Both would have to contain an INFINITE amount of force (impossible), if both were to meet an INFINITE amount of force would be released (still impossible). All things would come to an end (inevitable, but something tells me this is not how the universe will die).

This is neither deep nor philosophical, it's retarded.

Also, yes splitting does equal breaking

Uh, define "Break." What i mean by that is simple. You would not be "Breaking" the cube, but merely bifurcating the cube. You would not have "broken" it, but turned it into two rectangles.

sammich is made, ONCE, then he eats it, eventually he'll eat it all, unless it self-replicated itself FASTER than he could eat it.
which isn't a sandwich, ergo, he can eat anything.
NOTHING is too big to eat given enough time, and that its not poisonous
The version of the paradox he presented is not quite correct. In the case stated yes god could eventually finish the sandwich since he could take a break and wait for his stomach to empty (assuming a god functions relatively like a human, since we are "made in his image" after all) and then proceed to finish it.

The more usual version used is " could god make a rock so heavy he would be unable to lift it", since the rocks mass would never change (unlike a sandwich which as you stated once crated would not increase in size, and could be dealt with in bite sized chunks).

Absolutely.

Assuming the knife cuts through anything because you have Mystic Eyes of Death Perception.
I knew you would bring this up sooner or later.
Oh come on, it was just too easy...
The thing is that I was about to say it and then I thought: "Gee, I don't want to be ninja'd by NeutralDrow". And 'lo and behold, your answer two pages later.

Either there is no such thing as the knife that cuts through everything (if my chemistry and physics classes are right)... or the multiverse stops.

The only way to find out is to test it.

Both these objects cannot exist at the same time, otherwise one of them is lying to you.

If the cube is cut, it is not unbreakable. If the knife goes dull, it is not all cutting.

If the cube is unbreakable then that doesnt mean it can't be cut!

To put it simply: An immovable/unbreakable force cannot exist in the same plane as an unstoppable/(Whatever you say for something that cuts through everything) force. They're mutually exclusive.

That, or they both divide by 0, and whoever gets to the end first wins.

It can't be done because it's impossible to have an unbreakable material or a knife that will cut through anything.

Nothing can be unbreakable if a "Cut through everything" knife exists.

But if something is unbreakable then the knife obviously can't cut through everything.

Stupid question to ask to be honest, there's no correct answer.
This,

The thread itself is interesting to think about for 2 minutes but after that it's exactly the same as asking if God exists or not.
Pointless really.

Maybe if you shot the knife out of a 50 caliber sniper rifle... Made of divine gold or something...
