also a fair point, but couldn't play in the car on the way back from the games store.kman123 said:I think we can chalk this one up to you spending way too long staring at the box art and not enough playing the actual game.
My sentiments exactly.gabe12301 said:I am man and I am pleased.
If female characters want to wear skin tight stuff then who am I to stop them? Why would I want to?
You do realize this thread is about Arkham City's Catwoman and not Bioware games, right?Don Savik said:Wow, its hard to take bioware seriously when all the female characters are so......riiiiiiight.
Miranda's ass/breast hugging suit? An alien who's races primary feature is it can fuck anything? A shy submissive fangirl alien? Am I the only one who sees a pattern?
I guess there's Jack who doesnt fit in the mix, but she sleeps around with whoever so....

I was commenting on the person who brought up miranda's pants, just made me realize something. But yea those pants are usually cloth, tight leather would do the same, but its still a bit ridiculous -_-Zero_ctrl said:You do realize this thread is about Arkham City's Catwoman and not Bioware games, right?Don Savik said:Wow, its hard to take bioware seriously when all the female characters are so......riiiiiiight.

But yeah, her pants (judging by that photo posted above) are entirely possible. Do you watch any women's sports? Yeah. Oh yeah.
Have you never seen yoga pants? Like at all? But that's actually not sexualization of females, it's comics in general. Just the men, their clothes are so tight that their abs poke through with the same definition they would have if there weren't any clothes on. If anything it's better because she has a zipper and it doesn't bulge into her belly button as other super heriones do.jthwilliams said:So I bought Arkham City today and while looking at the box art, I noticed that there is something very strange with Catwoman?s pants. They form fit her butt. Pants wouldn?t do that, not even latex or rubber, it would stretch flat across the peeks of the butt cheeks. In order to achieve the image the seat of the pants would have to be made from hand crafted and fitted hard leather, rubber, latex. Further it would probably end up being somewhat bulky.
So why someone who buy and pay for specially handcrafted weggy from hell escapes me. Though I would gladly volunteer to take the measurements.
I guess we can chalk this one to the sexualization of female characters. Not only did the cat suit need to be skin tight, but it must follow ever curve and be a very literal second skin.
P.S. If anyone ever needed a criteria to determine if someone was wearing a costume or merely had on body paint, it strikes me that seeing how it shaped around the butt would be a perfect telling factor. Though I cannot think of a reason you would ever need to make that distinction.
