If the cults from warhammer (and warhammer 40k)started existing as of this day, what would you do?
Would you join them? Condemn them? (as a note the cults provide the same benefits as in the lore)

Here is a quick summery of what the cults are if you aren't familiar with the lore:

Cult of khorne: cultists glorify in combat and bloodshed, individuals who would seek physical power would be attracted to this cult (athletes, the bullied, soldiers, etc)
Pros:physical and combat prowess (strength, speed, endurance, you name it)
Cons: Mutations lead to the need to fight and shed blood

Cult of Nurgle: Cultists thrive on spreading disease and pestilence, individuals who seek a way to escape death or disease often join this cult (individuals who are dieing or have loved ones who are dieing for example)
Pros:You won't die, feel pain, suffer, have immortality, as well as being immune to all disease...as well as having many loving friends
cons:You will embody disease and be ugly as sin (although you probably would not care)

Cult of Tzeentch: Knowledge seekers and schemers who wish to see their dreams realized worship Tzeentch (Politicians, would be sorcerers, and anyone who wants total knowledge of the universe)
Pros:Unbridled Knowledge and the ability to use magic (if you want that knowledge)
cons:You will never truly be free, even if you think you will only use the knowledge once...you will always and forever be a pawn to the changer of ways

Cult of Slaanash: Artists, pleasure seekers and anyone seeking perfection seek the prince of excess
Pros:Charisma, pleasure that makes sex feel like nothing, and perfection (art, writing, etc)
cons:Old pleasures will feel more and more dim, and you will seek out new pleasure to fill the void (the worst kind of sexual adventures, Excessive....EXCESSIVE drugs use, etc)

Edit:Added Chaos undivided as a choice

Edit2:Added Malal (Malice) as a choice, the reason i didn't add him as a choice is I honestly didn't think anyone would choose him..... i was wrong.

What Malal is: Malal is the chaos god of destruction and self destruction. He is the most "chaotic" god there is.
And the best part? When the other gods to battle with each other, Malal gains power from that.

I pledge my life to the Cult Of Khorne. Who'm shall I be fighting on this glorious day?
It does not matter from were the blood flows, only that it flows freely. And remember all blood is welcome, even your own. (so just go kill something, anything...)

Tzeentch would tempt me greatly. Giving up my own freedom, I could rationalize that I might get more freedom than before simply through the power I am given by my knowledge and magic. Of course this is only based on what you've told me, I don't know the lore myself. I don't know how demanding he might be.
Generally at first you would not notice him manipulating you (he is usually quite subtly), but as your knowledge grows you will most likely notice that you are being used as a tool for this schemes.

Most members of the cult of Tzeentch accept that their patron is using them, and even more don't care (as he gives you what you want... just controls how much you would desire)

I think I could deal with that. I feel like I would probably attain more than I would normally anyhow.
The knowledge you would reap in a few short years would dwarf all the knowledge you would have attained in your entire life, and with it you could bend the very fabric of reality to your whims.

With that power you could atomize a battle tank, or wrench a soul from a fool hardy foe with just a snap of your wrist, your imagination would be your limit....hell you could probably even go past that.

You sound like you're trying to sell me on it XD

But seriously, that would seem so incredibly tempting.
And the best part? The other gods's rewards are just as powerful, and satisfying.

I think I would go for Tzeentch, I mean, he has pretty much all the knowledge in the universe.

Also you kinda forgot to mention that with Slaanesh, eventually the only way you will feel anything is by torture :S

How could chaos be an organized religion?
Here are the rules:

Khorne: kill, doesen't matter who or what, just kill
Nurgle:Spread the love (disease and pestilence), give life anew
Tzeentch:Scheme, gain knowledge
Slaanash:Indulge yourself in what ever you enjoy

Other than that, do what ever you want.

Either Nurgle or Tzeentch, probably the former because he's easily the nicest Chaos god.

Nurgle, definitely. Tzeentch has some appeal, but what's knowledge within mortality compared to immortality, which grants an eternity to gain knowledge? It helps that my #1 wish if I had a genie would be "(eternally youthful), physically impervious immortality."

I suppose we'll have to cleanse this planet as well, for the Greater Good. These primitives and their silly religions...

You do realize that Daemon worlds cannot be destroyed? :p

Oh, you silly primitives and your religions. You go ahead and hallucinate your "gods" or whatever. We'll be over here focusing on practical methods of destruction.

...if ya can't tell, I prefer warhammer as the satire it started out as, not the power-fantasy it turned into.
