Whatever is needed. Although I really like the stealth-damage mix (Tactician I believe people are calling it here) or someone who I can use to run up the middle of an opposing force with the sole intention of making everyone freak out (Team Fortress 2's Pyro).

Stealth or whichever class is the most agile. I value speed and agility above all.

I don't even know what Vidjama is, so I'm going to assume you mean RPG in general.

Well, anything that summons a shitload of monsters to fight for him and then locks himself in a closet until the fight finishes.

Damage dealer/healer hybrid.
However, if that's not available, I go for tank/healer hybrid.
I'm good as a tank, but it's more fun being a mage.

A wizard. Since you have a lot of spells, you can be a lot of things according to the situation. You can be the insta-death dealer, or the damage dealer, or the buffer, or the debuffer, the stealther... Hell the only thing you can't be is the healer!

Damage dealer.

Taking names and kickin' ass.

To be more specific I'd go with whatever causes the biggest pain in the ass. Whatever annoys you in a game probably annoys other players as well, so its most likely the most effective thing to use against them.

As far as RPG's go I'm a rogue in WoW; you can't say a stunlock isn't a pain in the ass. And remember kiddies: Rogues do it from behind.

I play a Holy Paladin in WoW, so healer.

I do rather enjoy the stealth-approach in single play, though. Sneaking close to a camp, taking out the guards with a sniper, move closer and take out the rest with a silenced assault rifle. All without anyone knowing where you are.

If I pull it off, I get so damned satisfied with myself I can't even describe it.

Anything which demands some attention and is hard to perfect.

For example i like beeing a Mastermind in CoV. you have to command up to six henchmen, monitor the group, debuff key foes, maybe heal a bit, buff your guys and henchmen. Do some damage, switch to tank with bodyguard mode, switch to offensive to take aggro...

Other classes are just boring with the: I hit it until it drops. Or: I heal the tank, till the enemy drops...

If there is no such class i tend to get something with tactical value... or sometimes just a guy with a huge sword till i am bored (very soon after that)

i always go for the dual weilding speed demon that doesn't have the highest attack (not the lowest either) but makes up for it with phenomenal attack rate and high chance of critical ... also stealth bonuses, low defence (but not to the point of glass cannon) but at least 1 good buff to temporarily sort that ... bonus if they can summon

I like a skirmisher. I can move quickly from a to b, hit you quickly, and get out again. It works great with a tank. You simply let the tank get the focus and then pop in for a quick "hi!" leaving them somewhat unable to comprehend what the hell just happened.

It's not even stealth, it's just speed and control. And damage, most of the time.

Buffer for me, I like that. And healing meanwhile.

Or complete debuffer, overloading enemy team with hexes, conditions or whatever you call them.

My favorite class in Guild Wars was the mesmer, and thus I'll have to say the debuffer.
Nothing beats making your opponent's skills backfire in their face and hexing/cursing them untill they can't do anything but panic.
Stop hitting yourself, stop hitting yourself! Mwahahahahahaaaa...

Hybid. A mix of stealth and damage dealing. Someone who relies on stealth, but is never overmatched in combat.

Damage Dealer, or a blitzer (pyro with no respect for his health basically). Though I do enjoy the frustration I give people while playing as a sniper.

I always play Tank, just because so many people can't do it properly.

Stealth sounds really appealing though so I may change.

I play whatever I'm needed as in Guild Wars as I can play nearly everything well or atleast with some degree of competence to a pvp standard.

I choose a hybrid of damage dealer (DPS), a tank, and stealth somewhere in the. First of all, I don't think anyone likes being a healer since if a group wipes it is all their fault. And a buffer also shares the blame if they don't keep the group buffed. It is much easier to just be able to beat the crap out of people and be able to take a beating yourself. It is also very nice to vanish and get out of a bad situation with stealth.

I'm normal a up-close-and-personal type of character, cos I'm to lazy to remember all the spells needed to be a magic character and not patient enough to be a sniper type character, but sometimes I'll be a stealth or ranged character...then fuck up and go back to my 1st choice and slaughter every one and ponder on why I changed.
