Well lets see, Vault-Tec would know that the Vaults are just experiments and thus probably wouldn't take residence in one and thus probably be incinerated. (I don't think they ever expected a nuclear war)

Cyberdine would be annihilated by robots.

i would work for cyberdine systems...not because im a big fan of the terminator series, but...if i work FOR the robots that destroy humanity then they won't kill ME, or even better, transfer my mind into the computer! my other chose would be aperture science that job would have its fun times, but i would imagine theres a lot of paper work involved and...ahh what am i saying...aperture science would be AWESOME! but in a robot apocalypse i would choose cyberdine...
