No, obviously not. Everyone knows that vegetarians are less then human, and I obviously couldn't love someone who's views differed from mine in any way.

I swear to GOD if someone quotes me telling me what a horrible person I am, I'm going to burn down an orphanage.
You are such a horrible person that...
Damn it, can't think of anything...

True dat.

My last girfriend was a vegetarian, so I have no problem with it.

I think I could.

I know a cute vegan who (if I was single), I would actively pursue regardless of me loving milk and steak.

Sure, I guess; provided of course that she didn't expect me to become one too. There are very few things I'll let get in the way of love and this isn't one of them.

Vegan would be a bit more difficult, but I would have no problem living at least partially vegetarian.

It would really be a shame though, I cook a mean steak...

I wouldn't find any problem with that. I like some of my veggies so it wouldn't be like we were eating two different things all the time.

Of course if they got all preachy about their vegetarian ways, then I probably wouldn't be able to stand it. But then of course there aren't a lot preachy people out there that I could stand for very long.

As long as they aren't bugging the fuck out of me because I eat meat.

I'm friends someone who's a vegetarian, though the reason why is a little odd. She's vegetarian because she told someone she was on accident. (It makes more sense if you actually know her.) Not that she particularly cared for meat too much in the first place, but now she doesn't eat it at all.

But...I am a vegetarian. ;~;

Seriously though, why would a person's diet make me not love them?

I can understand if it's some crazy diet consisting of only disgusting foods, but just being vegetarian or not is reason enough to not love someone?
Yes, you're obviously some sort of freak of nature, and no one will ever love you.
Isn't it obvious? Damn vegetarians....

well having had a vegetarian into me once, lest going by her i would say no, she was not overly preachy tho there was some of that it was more the fact that when we all went to a pizza place ealry on half meat half cheese was fine, then as she was getting more and more chummy and all it started with the well can we just get a cheese pizza cause the pepperoni grease gets on my half of the pizza, i pretty much told her she was more then welcome to order her own pizza and then the rest of us could have a full pepperoni pizza :p.

not that all of them are like that but i rather save the hassle in the long run i like steak i like pepperoni i like bacon i like bacon and pepperoni grease etc and i do not want hassled about ordering food or told why meat is bad any more than i would hassle her about her half of the pizza having just cheese or preaching to her why not eating meat is bad.

boundries you will pry my meat from my cold dead hand tyvm. :p

If they were a good cook, I'm honestly lazy enough to go vegitarian, nay, vegan (I'm lactose intolerant so it's easier) if it meant I'd never have to cook again. I'd probably be able to talk her into eating Kangaroo meat though, I've actually convinced a couple of vegitarians into eating it. It cheap, lean and most importantly doesn't hurt the environment.

I don't see what the problem is so long as they don't force me to stop eating meat, and I definately won't force her to eat meat. I mean they're people all the same, same with everyone ^^ and I hate them all equally... I jest [small](Or do I?)[/small]

Why not? As long as she respects my desire to feast on flesh of animals...

Yup, been with my vegetarian girlfriend for about six and a half years now. When she announced her decision to become vegetarian, I announced my intention to eat twice as much meat to balance out the world. That didn't work, I'm now contemplating upping that to three times as much meat so that I can use the line "You're killing animals by not eating meat". If she can put up with crap like that I think it shows just how irrelvant diet is when it comes to relationships!
