no, i would not. It's just gross. Also can lead to serious problems if said relative gets pregnant. Not to mention the problems that would arise within the family. Both of you would surely be ostracized. It's simply not worth it.
Depends on a few things, what they look like, how they act and how closely related, it'd take a bit to convince me to do it, but I have no real problems if someone else does it. Hell it happens all the time in Nature.

Not if I knew they were a cousin when I started, had I met someone great, whom I fell in love with and started dating to find out that they're were a 3rd cousin or something, I wouldn't break it off. However if in that same scenario it was a sister, half-sister or first cousin I hadn't knowm of (say adoption) I would break it off immediately.
