I don't have any close family that would interest me even if we weren't related, so I can't really answer for my self. I wouldn't react to anyone else dating a close relative though. I would be curious if first cousins were dating, but I would not be judgemental. I don't know how I would react if I met siblings that were dating though. I like to think I wouldn't mind, but I won't know until I meet someone who does.

See, the only problem with incest (And, yes, I do know that it is a big one) is that it "weakens" the species by lowering variation, and also has a high chance of mutation.
But I personally do not wish to have sex at all. This removes the only problem.
So I do not condone reproduction between relatives, as it is unfair to the child, but I see no reason why such a relationship could not prosper in the same way that most couples do, with that safe sex thingy. It might help to have a positive opinion of abortions, too, just in case.

The people who think that society doesn't matter have the most refreshing naivete. Even if OP can overcome the issue of letting off a social stinkbomb that will literally follow him for as long as people remember it, can the cousin? Honestly, I think men would be slightly more likely to go for cousins when sex is involved, just because they have a different social pressure revolving around their ability to attract a mate. But everyone who thinks that this is an instance where you can just ignore the fallout, no matter how many friends you have, is just being willfully ignorant.
Actually first cousin marriage was a massive no-no for nobles in the 11th century and for a lot of the Middle Ages. The Church was fanatical about "consanguinity" - sometimes marrying a fourth or fifth cousin was considered incestuous.
