Ive quoted you because your comment seems representitive off a lot of the comments on this thread. I feel a need to point out something that seems to have been majorly missed by the people here.
There is a difference between cyber bullying and random trolling.
In a cyber bullying case the cyber aspect is normally only one of SEVERAL other aspects of the bullying. Its an extention of them being bullied at school. As an example I knew a guy at school who was a bit over weight and got a bit of stick for it, including from me I have to admit. One group took it to extremes though.
As well as several other things they caused a fight involving this guy and filmed it before posting it on the internet and emailing a link to the vid to everyone in his classes. He suffered a lot as a result of that, that was cyber bullying. Trolls are not.
I am aware there is a massive media over-hype with this but it is a real problem.
