Meh. Grace Choi of the Outsiders had her beat by a decade.

And Lightning Lass and Shrinking Violet by two.

What's that Jimmy? Billy Batson is Captain Marvel?! Well gee willikers, who would've known!

Literally how this announcement feels. We've all known for a long time.

Apathy is probably the best response to this...

After all, it is something the DC executives probably thought it may makes them look progressive, but it just makes them look pandering and condescending.

Don't really care. I never found Catwoman all that interesting in the first place. Learning that she now likes the cooch as much as the cock doesn't elevate my interest in her at all. Her smug, superior, "cat-like" attitude to everything, including her own criminal behavior was always a major annoyance for me, and it still is, and will always be.

Little too quick to the trigger there Sparky, I don't care if Catwoman is Bi. For all I care she can be interested in sexual relationships with celestial bodies.
I didn't say you did care (though the fact that you're commenting indicates you care at least a little-- not about Catwoman or D.C., perhaps, but you care about making some kind of jab at "SJWs").

What I did imply is that you would operate a double-standard, and would not consider it pandering if the changes were changes you happened to like.

I'd recommend that you stop jumping to conclusions, it pushes moderates away from the causes that I know you support.
The irony is strong in this statement.

There is no irony. In contrast to you I've been lurking this Forum for about 5 years. I know what Silvanus thinks. You can't say the same about Sunburst1.
I'm actually somewhat flattered that I have (some level of) brand recognition!

Nevertheless, I think I can gather your thought process on this issue judging from your first post alone. What I said is true: it's always "pandering" when it's a change one doesn't personally like. If it's a change one does like, that criticism usually dissolves.
