Get Reach. Trust me, it's probably one of the best Halo games out there at the moment and while it does need a bit of work, most big fans of the series will and have loved it. I am looking forward to Deadrising 2 myself, but that is gonna wait til christmas for me.

Depends. You want an awesome single player game with awesome Co-Op and zombie killing, get Dead Rising 2. You want a decent Single Player and Co-Op with awesome Multiplayer, get Reach.

Really, it just comes down to Single Player vs. Multiplayer.

Halo for the single player, firefight, forge, and countless hours of MP. Rent DR 2 for some zombie slaying action for a few days.

Dead Rising 2 is just another generic zombie-slaying bloodfest.

Halo always was, is, and always will be its own thing. Halo: Reach Forever

Reach if you plan on playing with screaming kids, hardcore quickscope sniper douches and- Wait, wrong game.

No, no, wait, I'm pretty sure it applies to this one as well.

Are you trolling? DR 2 is generic, Halo Reach isn't? Dead Rising was far more original than the original Halo was. And the sequels to both of these games are pretty similar. Just by virtue of DR 2 being only the second game in the series makes it less generic than Halo Reach.

And I am not ripping on Reach. I have never been a Halo fan, but I have poured hours into Reach, it is incredibly fun. However, it is nothing original, nothing that hasn't been done. The thing is, that it does it well.

Do you want a game that has a 92% average on metacritic or a game that has 82% average on metacritic? There both good but Halo Reach is far superior IMO. Reach has a much better story and the multiplayer is amazing. Forge is actually the best part to me. And Firefight is also great. Killing zombies in lots of hilarious ways doesn't really get old though.

If you own a 360, you owe it to yourself to get Reach.

Zombie Games are WAY overdone. Halo is pretty Unique. I personally prefer playing a game because Its the only way to get the kinda Grunt-whupping fun rather than a bit of zombie hack/slash/shoot/blow-up that isn't too hard to find. All zombie games are different and distinct, but at the end of the day, It's a zombie game.

No, I am not trolling, unless honest opinion is trolling all of a sudden.

Don't bother with Dead Rising 2. Capcom did not fix the A.I.!!! Why isn't this ringing alarm bells for everyone??

Halo Reach seems far, far superior. I loved Halo 3, and I cannot call myself a Halo Fanboy whatsoever.

I never gave much for whether a game is innovative or whether it's a copycat.
In the end, all that really matters is which one will give you the most bang for your buck, and in the case of DR2 vs Reach, it's gotta be Reach hands down.
(Disclaimer: Assuming that one has Live and like Halo in the first place)

The sheer number or hours you will spend online with Reach blows DR2 off the porch.
