I played it at my friends, enjoyed it.
Is it worth 60 dollars? Hell to the No.
it really, REALLY could have been a 15-20 dollar expansion.
I disagree... my first run through ended last night after 11 hours of play, and I found it well worth the money during play. I'm certainly going to go through the campaign at least once more, on Legendary difficulty to unlock that Achievement and to give myself a real work-out, to find the last half-dozen or so audio recordings in the game. Once I learned how to use the Superintendant's real-time tactical display I found I really enjoyed sweeping the streets. (And I never did try to start up one of the Elephants... I'd heard one of them might be drivable.)
I had one session of Firefight, solo, which whetted my appetite for more. I can see myself putting in a serious whack of time in that with my Friends.
And I haven't even touched the second disc in the set yet.

PS: I picked up the Special Edition for the controller, and I rather like that component too. Plus, it was cheaper to go that route than buy ODST by itself and then get a replacement for the original, now somewhat gimpy after three years, wireless controller for my 360.
