Poll: Did you know about Scott Pilgrim?

Supposedly the series itself was pretty popular before the movie came out. I myself had never heard of it but got interested in the movie and today i got and read the whole series so i liked it a lot. So my question is did you know about scott pilgrim vs. the world before the movie and did you like it

I had the first two books when I heard they were making a film version of it. Then when I got all the books I lent them to some people, they all seem to like it.

I had heard of it before, but never read them. I couldnt find them at any local bookstores and I didnt feel like ordering offline. Once the movie was announced my friend ordered the books and read them, then I found out he had them and borrowed them. I thought it was rather good.

Being norwegian, the books don't get published where i live. So the only way for me to have any connection with Scott Pilgrim at all would be when the movie trailer came... Since then i've bought the comics online.

Heard about it a couple of years ago from a friend. I've read them, and I'm planning to see the movie, but I'm not really into the whole indie scene. I find it kind of obnoxious, to be honest.

I'm interested solely because my mate is really enthusiastic about it, and beyond that someone has commissioned me to draw Scott and Ramona, so I had to research, but no, if it wasn't for the movie I'd have never known nor cared about it.

I read a bit of the series while browsing in my Local Bookstore.
It was interesting, ill probably try and read it all.

Yeah I'd read volume 1-5 before I heard of the film, but I still have to get around to reading the 6 and final volume.

Yes and I enjoyed the series and loved the movie.

Still hate Michael Cera though.

Don't know why they cast him as Scott Pilgrim. He didn't really fit the character though I can't really think of anyone who would.
