I don't know, I haven't played it yet. I will hopefully update this post in the next week or so with an actual answer.

Liked it better than Lonesome Road and much much better than Honest Hearts. The game didn't lend itself to the atmosphere and horror/survival theme they were trying to pull but the story was amazing and the characters were great.

It also had one of the few worth while villains in a lot of recent games.

Very buggy for me. more than once after hours of frustration i had to clip though an area when a flag wouldn't trigger . i liked the general idea of the dlc but it was poorly presented

I liked the setting, and I liked the story, but the rewards were too measly for me to go through the frustrations of the bomb-collar limitations again.

It's the first thing in awhile that made me crap my pants in fear. The Ghost People scared the FUCK out of me. That noise...THAT NOISE!
I have to agree that the ghost people's vocalisations were very unnerving!

It was rather boring for me, mostly as my computer can't really run it for crap and my lighting is terrible, so I just found myself randomly dying from the radios I couldn't find and the gas which appeared out of nowhere. The copy-pasta streets were annoying for me to navigate, especially with my low-view distance cutting up all the ghost people until I was on fire from their gas bombs.
The characterization was good and it was interesting to make one fall back to scavenging for chips for any form of stim packs, so I liked that factor. Also, it finally made me start using melee weapons, and realize I was a fool for not using them sooner. (My lag normally left me to VATS and automatics)
In the aftermath of the event, nothing was really changed, but it brought a unique view of the old world into fallout that I (personally) did not prefer.

It's a fantastic environment. Sure the poison clouds were annoying and every time I fought a ghost person I knew at least one of my limbs would be crippled but...

Other than that, very satisfying.

Loved it...after HH and OWB I was just kinda "meh, fun to give my character something to do...but meh"....DM and LR though I really thought were excellent.

Dude, Dead Money ROCKED! It actually put you in a situation where you had to forage for weapons and healing items. You know, the idea behind a post-apocalyptic world. And it presented you with a challenge against the Ghost People and the Holograms. Not to mention the characters were all interesting.

I quite enjoyed Dead Money.

The only thing I didn't like was the Ghost People. I expected them to be a challenge, but it seemed like the devs were so worried about it being too hard to kill them that they made it too easy. For a creature that's played up as being nigh-invulnerable, they were almost easier to kill than the standard wastelander.

EDIT: but Old World Blues was a frustrating piece of fucking shit. That fucknugget drove me up the goddamn wall.

I liked the characters and the story quite a bit. The clouds and random sound emitters were annoying, but overall I enjoyed the DLC.

It was one of the worst DLCs I have ever played. I couldn't care about the story or characters when every 5 minutes, the game throws some bullshit at me that makes me horse with rage.

I hated it the first time, but I tried it again fairly recently and, although it's not good exactly, I've mellowed on it.

I liked the scavenging element and the characters were pretty decent, but fighting the Ghost People got repetitve really quickly, the survival horror atmosphere didn't really work and the cloud areas were really annoying because it discouraged exploration and looting. Plus, the story had some really weird bits; what was up with the Casino seeming to be sentient? And why was Elijah so desperate to get to the vault, it didn't seem to be related to his actual goals at all? Oh, and there weren't really any interesting choices to make and the outcome of the characters was pretty unintuitive.

Yeah, Dead Money was a disappointment, but was it really worse then Operation: Anchorage? Dead Money could be a pain, but Operation: Anchorage was mostly just really boring.
I'll take boring over tedious any day.

Plus, O:A had the best rewards in the Fallout series. All Dead Money did was thoroughly break your game if you took all the gold. (Which, don't get me wrong, was awesome. I like to coast through these games, and infinite money is always a big plus for me. But as a reward it's nothing special.)
Wait, so you're saying Dead Money's gold broke the game and Operation Anchorage's infinite stealth boy suit and unbreakable power armor didn't?

I bloody well loved it. The story was great, a sad tale of greed and human nature. The characters were interesting. I liked how you couldn't take all the treasure out of there, building upon the need to let go. It was actually really hard to survive which was good to see. It is
1. Old World Blues
2. Dead Money
3. Lonesome Road
4. Honest Hearts
For me but I loved them all.

Nope, I thought it was one of the better DLCs in New Vegas and it was definitely better than all of the DLC in Fallout 3.

It had a good story, interesting characters, a lot of instances that allow me to use my characters skills and it was one of the very few times in both Falout 3 and New Vegas where I didn't feel like some god among men.

Hated how you couldn't find all the things that made the collars go boom, hated how you started out with only a melee weapon which is problematic if you are a small guns or energy weapon guy.hated the unkillable holograms.
