I sometimes use some paper, usually at home, same as if I sit to piss, it's at home. I don't trust the sanitation of public bathrooms much to say the least, to the point where I open all public bathroom doors with snap kicks rather than my hands.

Paranoia is your friend, it keeps your dick from getting diseases.

Well, I always wipe with paper.

Then again seeing as I mostly sit down while I pee (I read stuff on the toilet and play games so my legs would get tired if I stood up, I promise!) shaking it would be weird.

And I never use the urinal in a public bathroom for this very reason, I like to stay clean.
