Ya its a damned shame that they never tried to improve upon the glory of Master of Orion 2. Loved that game, still have it thanks to GoG. It saddens me there'll never be a 3rd

Just like there was never a Red Alert 3 or Command and Conquer 4. I really wanted to see what happened to Kane and the Brotherhood

Hell, there were never command and conquer 2 or 3, let alone 4.

I'm fairly certain they finally perfected the system with C&C 2 but scrapped the idea for C&C 3 once Westwood was shut down. EA just said they couldn't follow something as great as Tiberium Sun.
